7:45 - 10:15 PM Inauguration and cutting of ribbon for 11th Annual Mexico Showcase & Travel Expo

Each hotel where planners are staying will host a Breakfast/ Site Inspection.
Upon check in the hotel will inform you where the presentation will take place.

12:00 – 12:45 PM Seminar / Planners and Suppliers

Prior to joining Martiz Travel Company in June, 2011, David led the business development efforts for HelmsBriscoe. Prior to that role he served as the President & CEO of the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau and as the Chief Marketing Officer for Conferon Global Services (now Experient Inc.) Mr. Peckinpaugh has an intensive background in our industry.

1:00 - 4:00 PM 11th Annual Mexico Showcase & Travel Expo / Lunch

A variety of Destinations from all over Mexico , Airlines, DMCs, Convention Bureaus, Restaurants, and Tour Companies, will be exhibiting to showcase their products
Important:During the trade show you will have an appointment list. The appointment list will in your welcome packet. All appointments will take 10 minutes each. At the end of your appointment schedule you will have an opportunity to visit with other Suppliers that are not assigning to your appointment list.
Lunch Stations will be placed throuh out the tradeshow. You will be given a 30 minute break between appointments for lunch.

4:15 PM Return transfer to host hotels

7;00 PM Meet in your host hotel main lobby for transfer to Hard Rock Cancun Hotel

7:30 - 10:00 PM Site Inspection and Dinner at the Hard Rock Cancun Hotel
